Blake brings over a decade of expertise in the bar industry, with 5+ years in event industry. He is currently working as the Bar Lead at Park House Houston, Houston’s exclusive private members-only club, where he continues to refine his craft, stay ahead of cocktail trends, and elevate the art of hospitality.
Victoria, with 8+ years of event experience, found her passion at Hughes Manor managing events before co-founding Southern Pours. Now fully dedicated to running Southern Pours full-time, she pours her passion into every detail, ensuring each event is seamlessly executed with creativity, energy, and top-tier service.
Our team is hand-selected for their deep knowledge of craft cocktails, high-energy service, and ability to keep up with the fast pace of any event. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, we’re here to shake, stir, and serve up the best bar experience Houston has to offer.
